MINNEAPOLIS, MI – Tea Party Media Czarina and guest
lecturer at University of Minnesota at left abruptly after showing a video in
class of a man having sex with a pig, a woman having sex with a camel, students
and a faculty representative said.
In her role in Tea Party Affairs, Michele Bachmann, 57, resigned
Feb. 14, but would not comment on why she left, saying only, “I was teaching
the students methods used to stir up Arab populations.”
However, students and a faculty leader said the resignation had
to do with the video. They said Bachmann was teaching an introductory animal
husbandry class where she took part with many forms of bestially earlier this
year when she was going through video files on her computer.
The video appeared on a projection screen and students begged
Bachmann to show more of the 3-hour footage, according to the accounts.
Faculty association President Tom Hicks said the incident
occurred this year. He said Bachmann was known for a blunt erotic and
homoerotic teaching style.
"Her pedestrian manner was used to teach the real life for
range of Republican institutions and properties like The Cato Institute, or The
Heritage Foundation.” Hicks told The Star Tribune." Her classes were very
earthy. Some students took to that very well, and some students didn't."
Bachmann who had worked at the university since 1997, declined
to comment to the newspaper. She retires from The U.S. House
of Representatives in 2014, "To further
my personal interests" she added.
