STEP 3: “SPEND” 2^ND HALF FOR TOP GOP 0.0001% (M-2)

STEP 4: U.S. TAXPAYERS COVER LOSS (M-3)

RESULT: INCREASE IN M-1, M-2, M-3

RESULT: INCREASE IN GDP, WDP, GWP

RESULT: PERMANENT TAX SHELTER (JAIL)
       

Paul Ryan, R WI asserts President trump does obey the laws... I think the laws Mr. Ryan was referring to were Slavery, lynching, sex-trafficking, child labor, robbing the country blind: (tax cuts, deregulation) gerrymandering, anti-abortion (so your sons and daughters can be killed in a war – cannon fodder) and a whole host of wonderful things the GOP is famous for... 

I don't know about you, but I'm glad Trump doesn't...
